What We Do
Our client list spans the nonprofit arena: small charitable organizations, associations, foundations, private liberal arts colleges, large state institutions, professional schools, and independent schools.
Our work spans the globe: we’ve worked with organizations across the U.S., Canada, Europe, Asia, and Australia.
And our work spans communications channels: consulting, creative execution, and technical implementation integrating web, print, peer-to-peer, eCommunity, advertising, and print and email outreach.
While our clients face similar issues—building awareness, recruiting students, raising funds, fostering loyalty—they each deal with unique circumstances. And they turn to us for specific solutions. Some examples of our work:
- We worked with the University of Virginia to develop a long-term plan for its enhancing its alumni eCommunity. We also collaborated with the university’s campaign staff to create a visual structure and information architecture for its award-winning capital campaign site.
- We helped Mercersburg Academy execute its “Define Yourself” campaign, integrating their website, viewbook, four support brochures, ads for targeted print publications, and enhanced landing pages that feature a rich mixture of audio, video, and Flash media.
- We customized a content management system and developed the design for Kellogg Insight, the Kellogg School’s online faculty research journal.
- We collaborated with MIT staff to create a shopping-cart model for its post-campaign giving site.
- We developed designs and implemented content management systems for Ball State University. And Concordia College. And Randolph College. And Harvey Mudd College. And … well, you get the idea.
- We developed content, conducted usability testing, and built out a site for Princeton University’s Undergraduate Admissions. And Yale School of Law. And Columbia College Chicago, and New Jersey Institute of Technology.
- We create a comprehensive strategy for the Kentucky Community and Technical College System that included recommendations on CMS options, intranet development, staffing, policies and procedures, and training.
